The Apparel Engineering Centre is a professionally run institute located in Bangalore. This training centre branches out to other cities across India. We have been recognized due to our commitment to excellence and innovation for training for the past 3 decades. Our training is affiliated with AMHSSC – Apparel Made Up's Home Furnishing Sector Skill Council, which is motivated by NSDC – National Skill Development Corporation. The Ministry of Textiles in India has joined hands with us to elevate skilled garmenting and we are actively working with other nations to skill their labour.
IIGM is affiliated with several government entities such as Department of Hand looms and Textiles, Apparel Made Up's Home Furnishing Sector Skill Council, which allows us to be an independent private authorized training centre. Our services extend to providing immediate placement after the completion of our training programs at various well known garment factories across the country. In fact, many garment manufactures use our facility and faculty to train their staff on general and specific operations. This serves to be a value added service that extends to other nations.
I got the machine maintenance training around 15 years back from IIGM Apparel Engineering Center, Bangalore, which has helped me to become successful Technical person. I have worked as a senior technician in few garment factories and I have worked in Madura Company / Europa Garments as a Maintenance manager and now I am working as a Maintenance Manager in Gokaldas exports and I am getting a offer from other countries like Ethiophia, Bangladesh to work as a Maintenance Manager.
