Brush Robot E4

Tonello software that enables you to get the most from the machine, memorizing a higher number of automatic programmes. Using a USB stick, recipes can be transferred between the various machines. The programming uses an intelligent system meaning it learns as it works.

Features

Brush Robot Model E4 is a patented system for automatic brushing of jeans to give the ‘used look’ effect.
It’s a real alternative to other systems that employ sand or chemical products to achieve the same look.
It’s equipped with 4 brushes: 2 brushes that work the front of the jeans and 2 that at the same time work the back.
In order to maximize production and reduce down time, the machine is equipped with 2 manikins which enable the loading and unloading of the jeans whilst the robot continues to work.
Different effects can very easily be obtained by changing the type of brushes used.
