• Heater zone is divided three parts and can be adjusted each heater zone separately 
• As the tension rollers are adopted on the back of the belts, fabrics or extra interlining never twine around the tension rollers. Therefore belts will be less damaged by twined fabrics or interlining. 
• The seamless belt is adopted as standard and it promises a long life. 
• In addition to the belt cleaner on the surface of the belt, another belt cleaner is adopted on the back of the belt. This enables the belts to be cleaned on both sides, and durability of the belts can be improved. 
• HP-1000LS-II type is equipped long size lower belt instead of working table.
•  The cooling fan will make cool down the fused material immediately
• Adopted a new belt warping prevention device which moves less than old type but performs better and prevents extra tension.
