Fusing Machines
Fusing Machines are used to fuse a fusible material to a base fabric through a process of heat, pressure and time. The fused product should have an acceptable bond strength, capable of multiple washes or treatment. Fusing Machines come in multiple options of fixed or continuous fusing, size, pressure, heating, cooling systems and speed. Applications and production requirement play an important role in deciding the type of machine which would be most suitable. Spot welding garments for machines are also used as a precursor, before the actual fusing process takes place.
