E-LINE KB (800A...6300A)

E-LINE KB Range Compact Busbar Systems are used for vertical and horizontal distribution and transmission of energy in facilities where large amounts of power are required. (plug-in or bolt-on type) The KB range can also be used in areas of facilities and buildings for power transmission, e.g. between transformers and switch boards where tap off boxes are not required.

•  Busbar shall have ISO CERTIFICATION - ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• Ingress Protection Degree (IP55 , IP65 and IP67 optional)
• Nominal insulation voltage shall be 1000V
• 1.5mm thick GI housing
• Al or Cu conductors are fully tin plated
• Class B insulation (2 layers of polypropylene with 3 layers of Mylar)
• 4, 4.5 or 5 conductors

Different Types to suit various applications

• Plug-in type (Standard 2 plug-in outlets on each 300 cm length)
• Bolt-on type (outlets only at joint)
• Plug-in window number can be increased optionally

Tap Off Boxes

• 160A, 250A, 400A and 630A are in available Plug-in or bolt-on type tap off boxes (with standard SYK switch fuse or with or without any make MCCB's).
• 800A and 1000A are available in Bolt-on type tap off boxes ( with any make MCCB's and can be supplied with or without the MCCB)
