Centrifugal System opens the shutters at Ocomplete90toensurethelowestairresistanceandlargestairvolume. When closed, the sealing can efficiently block light and wind into the industrial structure. The fasteners of the centrifugal system all are copper rivets,wear-resisting and rust, proof and flexible. The guide rod is made of 304 stainless steel to ensure high strength, no rust, and reduce friction.
Fan Belt Pulley and Flange are made of high strength aluminum-magnesium alloy by die-casting. It is lightweight and has a lower vibration. Treatment applied for an attractive appearance and to eliminate internal stress to improve its own rigidity and stability.
The frame adopts a Hot Galvanized sheet with 2zincthicknessof275g/m, which extremely improves its anti-corrosion performance. Shutter fixed parts are made of high-quality nylon which ensure long service life and opens flexibly. Shutters are made of galvanized sheet with a thickness of 0.8mm and 1.5mm, that ensure shutters do not deform and running stable.
Motor Plate has fixed nuts, in a hexagon plate type. The stainless steel washer never loosen.
Mitsubishi Belts are used to ensure the long service life and are maintenance-free.
